RETURN POLICY

 If the equipment is un hit, we refund the customer.

Returns must take place within 30 days of delivery. Any items you wish to return must be in the exact condition you received it in with all plastic wraps 100% intact, as well as, all labels and bar codes still in place.

Shipping costs are non-refundable: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility as are any customs charges incurred in their home country.

TERMS OF SERVICE

It’s our policy that we appropriately pack and ship our equipment with minimal chance of damage. We are no longer liable for damage once items are shipped.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Once clubs have been altered in anyway based on your instructions (which we love doing), there are no refunds unless something occurs that falls under another policy.

PRIVACY POLICY

All reasonable steps are taken by Twirled Clubs, to protect a customer's personal information.

Credit card information collected from customers is transmitted immediately into the banking system and is deleted immediately after the transaction has been completed. We only receive the last 4 digits of your credit card number for reference.
